Passport Account

You are responsible for account security, eligibility, truthful information, and activity tied to your Passport.

Creators & Developers

Published experiences and integrations must respect law, safety, intellectual property, platform rules, and user trust.

Payments & Revenue

Fees, revenue share, refunds, chargebacks, and taxes are handled according to the relevant product or creator agreement.

Intellectual Property

You keep your original content; AeThex keeps its trademarks, logos, protocol code, infrastructure, and brand systems.

Limitations

Services are provided as-is and liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes

Terms may change with notice where required. Continued use after effective updates means acceptance.
